It feels more like an Izzet deck with a splash of green, I think if you just focused on the Izzet side you could get a much more focused deck using cards like Melek, Izzet Paragon, Izzet Guildmage or Izzet Chronarch.Also you could consider Izzet Charm as a cheap counter spell.
