Looks pretty good, maybe a bit clunky with the curve tho. At the same price you could try this deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=392254. It is a modification of a deck that just got second place in a pretty big tournament.

Well populate won't be very useful considering I only have 6 cards that produce tokens. Also, the main thing I will be using Faith's Shield for is making my creatures unblockable. It is also good for preventing a removal spell when your opponent thinks you are out of mana.
I would bring it down to 60 cards for a start. You can drop the Necrobite, Appetite for Brains, Temporal Mastery, Increasing Ambition, Levitation, and Cellar Door. This will give you room for more useful zombies.
Any reason why its identical to ?DeckID=316019?
Might want to go with 4x Frost Breath because it helps so much with the vampire abilities. Why not vapor snag instead of unsummon?
How about some Dream Twists? I play a Splinterfright deck and I LOVE dropping them turn 1 and flashbacking them turn 2. You could replace the Runic Repetition with them because I think Runic Repetition won't be very useful for you.
I went to FNM yesterday and got 1-2. Not too bad, but clearly needs tuning. The two decks I lost to were blue/white control. They were able to pick off my creatures before I could use them. I have changed the deck up a bit to be more aggressive and fast. Also, a Skaab Ruinator might make a nasty surprise for someone who thinks they have taken care of everything I have out.
If only I had an extra 4,000 burning a hole in my pocket
I like it, probably the best possible with the given sets you used. I have a Splinterfright deck that seems much more efficient but uses all current legal card sets.
