I normally scheme my decks around a budget, but I decided to take a theory swing at what I might do if I did something more pricey. This deck started from a thought of putting together Mardu Strike Leader with Iroas, God of Victory. Iroas felt like he fit into the mardu flavor wise and having the strike leader not be at risk when attacking would make him that much better. I kept trying to scheme a budget deck around those two, but I wasn't succeeding. I decided what the heck let's see what happens if I remove the budget and toss in things like Rabblemaster.I'm sure it doesn't stack up against the decks from the guys that play competitive and are used to the pricey decks, but what the heck gave it a try.
The idea is to get as many dudes attacking as possible with the strike leader, rabblemaster, ascendancy and launch the fleet. Profit from the attacking dudes with the hoplite and hordechief. I'm thinking harsh sustenance might be used more as a removal because there is no defense, but could be a finisher move as well. Purphoros to get some extra win from all the token making. Sac the ascendancy to live through Drown in Sorrow, Anger of the Gods. Gods Willing to protect on targeted removal or to get the hoplite past a blocker. The true blue board wipes are gonna suck, not sure I have an answer for that.

The synergy is awesome, attack get more stuff and then repeat! Zurgo Helmsmasher loves attacking every turn and when its your turn he gets indestructible. And he does not cost much money either.
