Nice deck, I run one quite like it. I have a few more burn spells than you but that is just a matter of preference, I think. Here's my deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=61288 . Please tell me what you think, thanks!

EDIT: took out all the Raging Goblins for 2 Mountains and 2 Burst Lightning.
I agree. I use a mono-red goblin deck, and Goblin Guide does twice as much as Raging Goblin, with no sizeable drawback. Sure, they may draw a land, but if it's not a land, you get to see their top card. Besides, even if it is a land, they play it and don't have a one-drop, they need to clean up. Bottom line, Goblin Guide is a wide margin better than Raging Goblin.
I think you should take out the blakc mana entirely, I used to run a mono-red gob/damage deck and it worked great. I'd also sideboard the 2 Mountaineers. So, that's 4 Kathari Bomber, 2 Goblin Outlander, 2 Goblin Deathraiders, 2 Goblin Mountaineers, 2 Swamps, and 4 Dragonskull Summit. That's 16 cards total. I would sub in 4 Lightning Bolts, 2 Coat of Arms, 4 Goblin Bushwhackers, 2 Mountains, and 4 Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. I think that would make a great deck.
Have you considered Birds of Paradise? A nice one-drop that ramps and gives you mana of any color.
Just a quick question but how are you going to play Unscythe? You don't have the right mana colors. Now then. There are a few helpful criticisms I'd like to make, and I really hope these help, because I also have a WGU bant exalted-based deck. First thing, Jace really doesn't fit in this deck. That's for more of a control/mill type scenario. It also looks like you like ramping, with Hierarch and Lotus Cobra, so maybe you could add Birds of Paradise for some more acceleration. Sideboard the Firewalker, for use against red decks. Some helpful additions in its place are Baneslayer, Battlegrace, or Emeria Angel, or maybe Knight of the Reliquary. I don't like to run equipments, so I don't have Stoneforge Mystic in my deck, but that really is a great card if you are running equipments. For pesky permanents apart from creatures, you may want to add in Oblivion Ring as well. Hope I helped!
People post their decks up here so they can recieve honest feedback, not so that they can be insulted. As for me, I think it's an okay deck, that would need a bit more developement to be great. Pretty good but nothing special.
For lands, you may find you want to try Misty Rainforest and/or Terramorphic Expanse. Those two thin out your deck and give you 2 lands for the price of 1, so that landfall abilities trigger twice. Also, Knight of the Reliquary may be a good option. Every turn it can activate all your creatures' landfall effects, while beefing itself up in the process.
Ahh, I remember my old R/B Wither deck. Memories... Anyways, you should take out the Murderous Redcaps and instead put in a good 1-drop creature. There are not many good R/B ones, but you may want to try Scuzzback Scrapper. Also, Demigod of Revenge is good in numbers. Maybe take out Din of the Fireherd to put one more in. But still. Great deck. I like the direction this is going.
Nice deck. Maybe you should put in some Baneslayer Angel beating cards, because against your deck, the most broken card legal in standard gets even more broken. ;-)
Nice, but maybe you should try Necroskitter? I used to have a deck similar to this, and Necroskitter was amazing help.
I really like the deck, but I think Coat of Arms could be mainboarded in exchange for the Obelisks of Esper.
