This deck's infinite combo is "Sanguine Bond" + "Exquisite Blood" and triggered by simply dealing any amount of damage once they are both on the field, as they will trigger eachother endlessly giving you unlimited life and draining your opponent's life entirely.
The entire concept of this deck is to strike the combo for infinite life drain. To maximize the chance of drawing of both "Sanguine Bond" and "Exquisite Blood", use "Sign in Blood" to draw cards, and "Brainspoil" for its transmute ability, or "Diabolic Tutor" to place them directly into your hand. Alternatively, "Sign in Blood" can also be used as a trigger for the combo by using it on your opponent with both necessary enchantments in play All other cards can be used as triggers for the combo, "Tormented Soul" cannot be blocked and will guarantee damage, and "Acolyte of Xathrid" can use an activated ability to deal damage. "Circle of Affliction" will allow the combo to trigger if you are damaged by your opponent (unless they use colorless sources of damage), making it extremely difficult for them to avoid it. This effect can also buy time and keep you in the game longer by recovering life and draining from your opponent each time they would cause damage to you. "Bump in The Night" (or as I call it, "Black Lightning Bolt") is a quick and efficient 1-cost life drainer which brings down the curve considerably.
