For a diabolical little combo, try mixing some sanguine bonds into this, so whenever you gain life, your opponent loses that much. Think about having one of those out with an exquisite blood. Swing once with a tormented soul to deal 1 damage. Your opponent lost life, so you gain that 1. Since you gained 1 life, your opponent loses 1, then you gain 1, opponent loses 1, in that constant cycle. So practically, no matter how much life your opponent has, they die from just a little 1/1. There's several ways to set this combo off. I have it setup with a land that makes me gain 1 life as it enters. Or sack a creature with a blood artist out, or whatever you can think of.

My main thing that I had thought of with this idea is that I have out a raging goblin or goblin guide out on first hand, using mana ramps like borderland ranger, farseek, and seek the horizon, exile my tiny creatures with either a fiend hunter, o-ring, or journey to nowhere, worldfire by hopefully turn 5 or 6, then swing 1 damage for win. I still need to test this idea, though.
Why those?
Lordy, no. I think it's a modern format deck.
I see slumbering dragon being used as a tough choice for your opponent. If he attacks enough, I could easily have a 1 drop 8/8. If I don't want it late game, I can just devour it.
I can understand the guides, but I don't like how the siege gang commander is 1 higher drop then Krenko, and doesn't give you as many goblins.
The only thing that I see off is that you have six Eye of Ugins.
All it's missing........ Is a Grave Titan or three........ :D
