Deck Description

A reanimator deck with a double-grab gimmick using Auriok Survivors.

It can bring out your fatties as early as turn three with Unburial Rites or turn 4 hardcasting.

Imagine pulling out Auriok Survivors on turn three along with a sword or other awesome-equipment-of-your-choice.

Deck discussion for Reanimator(aka Auriok Blade)

Ok, I have tinkered with some other color reanimators and with solar flare. You need to be running 4 Drowned Catacomb, 2 Glacial Fortress, and 2 Isolated Chapel's at least. Fill the rest with basics (I hate Scars lands). All together you should probably be running around 25 lands, seeing as how you are going to mill half of them. I think a sun titan mainboard is a must, and I think you should ditch Runic Repetition all together, throw the BSZ in the side board and main board at least 3 Doom Blades. I know this is looking closer to Solar Flare but your win condition is better. Those are my suggestions.

I run my Solar Flare with a worse mana base and do alright, but I can see your point and seeing as this is a virtual deck and it doesn't cost a thing to put those lands in I will make the change. You're probably right about RR, I was just thinking it would be nice against Dissipate. I may keep 2 copies in the sideboard til I work out something better.

The only thing I will disagree with is Sun Titan. There aren't enough things worthwhile to bring back in this particular deck. Sure there's Lil and the swords but I feel the other creatures have a stronger impact when hitting the field than Sunny Boy. I'm not even sure if he'll make the cut for sideboard.
