Threw this together with some random stuff I had lying around. Want to keep this relatively budget and casual, as it's not a huge priority. It has playtested really well, but I'm not sure if that's mostly luck or what, because this still feels rather scattered. Let me know what you guys think.

well first of all mind control is better than confiscate... unless you want to control an artifact or something personally, id take out carnage altar and replace it with something else for drawing cause i just have a hard time sacing my creatures unless there are a ton of them. sweet deck tho

Yeah, that's the purpose of confiscate over mind control--1 extra mana lets you steal great artifacts/enchantments, even planeswalkers. Also, the main thing with the carnage altar is that I can get back most of the creatures I'm sac'ing between skeleton shard and the myr servitors. Also keeps my Strixs from removal spells--I just sac them, and then can get them back. It's not great, but it works, which is why there's only one. I do appreciate the thoughts, though.
I personally prefer Tezzeret, Servant of Bolas in 60 card decks since his +1 is like a ponder plus 2, and his -4 is really scary in artifact based decks
