I'm a big fan of tribal decks--elves will always have a special place in my heart, being my first, but goblins are a very close second. Whether you want a mechanically and competitively sound deck or a flavorful bag-o'-fun-times, goblins can bring what you want.
I played some sort of suicidal goblins before but not like this. I really like it. Only thing i would change is adding Boggart Shenanigans. It makes you do damage for each goblin that died and it works with Frogtosser and Wort. Check my decks out for ideas and maybe you can help me improve my decks.
I've never used Shenanigans much, not sure why. I'll definitely playtest around with it (and throw it into my Wort EDH) and see how I feel about it. Anything you'd recommend pulling out to free up the slot?
Maybe you can take out Mad Auntie. Think you don't need it's abilities. If you want as much creatures as possible then i would take the Lightning Bolt out. You would have enough creatures to block and more than enough to do lethal damage.
Goblins are so much fun. I have a similar deck http://mtgvault.com/1111222334/decks/sacrificial-shenanigans/
