this is my current jund walkers list. ran the deck last Friday at FNM. mana was smooth and the deck ran great. 1 loss due to mana screw but that's magic..second week ran the deck again. 1 loss again due to mull to 5 game one and game 3 brick on junk 8 or so drawsin a row. considering switching to temples and cutting down on shocks. my meta is slowing down to midrange control and slow aggro. making hitting untapped land each turn not as necessary. thoughts and comments welcome and if you live the deck please give it an upvote! thanks!

Long time. Any reason for not having at least 1 polukranos?
woah whats up bro. yea its been forever! I haven't tested a polukranos to be honest. but I don't think he is needed. there isn't usually much out on the board for his monsterous to be that effective. with the abundance of removal creatures aren't usually swarming me. and after board were just swapping out the sorcery speed removal for the instants to be more effective against rush decks. along with caryatid and courser to block for days. if your not taking advantage of polukranos's ability then I don't see him being that great as a 5/5 for 4 when you have D Demon.
Can't argue with that. The list looks good. I need to update my standard deck. It hasn't been tested at fnm yet, but it holds up against my friends group. Any thoughts on what you might play when rotation hits?http://www.mtgvault.com/kjsj3/decks/walker-control-2/
I'm going to be playing this after rotation hits. what I lose is the mana base and some of the removal. that's it. the core of the deck stays the same. the mystics, sylvan. coursers, and all the walkers stay. the mana base will change to fit what ever comes into rotation along with the new removal to replace the old removal leaving. only reason I wouldn't play this is if the mana base is horrible or no good removal coming in.
Out of curiosity, do you have a Skype?
i sure do have one
I haven't updated the list, but some vault users started a magic group on Skype. http://www.mtgvault.com/kjsj3/decks/would-you-like-to-play-a-game/
yea you could add me to it. what program do you guys play on?
Cockatrice and irl.
ahh. should suggest OCTGN to them. much better and maintained client that is also free
I will. Add the top name on the list.
Lostwords2 is his Skype name?
Actually it's mine.
ah ok will do then.

Currently, yes.
That's kinda funny. my name is Justin :p
So there will be 3 in the group XD
LOL popular name it seems
I guess so. This will be interesting.
i can just see it now, "hey Justin!" reply,"hi x3" lol
hello there! I hope to not be a bug but I can't help but say this: Why a mana confluence rather then a sol ring or some thing? even basic land is better in my eyes. I suppose that I can't justify losing life for mana... again sorry to bug u, however I saw a comment you mad that asked for feedback so I wanted to pitch in my thoughts. the deck is great. except for the mana confluence
Confluence enters in untapped and can tap for any color. Urborg allows it to tap for black without losing life. If the life loss from land is to much sb in disciple to counteract it.
ahh..., that sort of makes sense there is a bit more clarity now.terribly sorry, 1 3/4ths y/o noob...
KJ is pretty much spot on. you need the 2 confluences to help with the double black in the early game. then once you hit the urborg you can just tap it for a swamp later to avoid life loss. thus the reason for 2 urborg. the disciple are more for the r/w burn and hyper agrro match ups. appreciate the time taken white!
same to u sir. :) u seem knowledgeable would u mind critiquing a deck for me? http://www.mtgvault.com/whitelord/decks/crushed-by-hooves/
Looks nice. if you keep this for rotation I would Highly recommend the new Sarkhin. He is going to be soooooo good. :)
yea im thinking sarkhan will be replacing the desecration demons
Not sure how i feel about this deck. maybe its just that i play differently most changes i would make would make it modern legal like adding doubling season i dont do a lot of standard decks and its all casual play for me. maybe im missing your strategy for it idk.
Dude, Sarkhan, he is a boss. Besides that, I really like this deck. My pet project right now is Junk walkers but I make minimum wage so it will be a while in the making irl.
