I like the concept, but over half your cards are not legal under the Standard Pauper format. Do you have any substitutions?

Even though I will probably be playing against this deck, I would recommend dropping the following cards in order to better "tune" your deck:2 x Clinging Anenomies: Creatures with "defender" are really only half a creature. All creatures can defend, but creatures with "defender" cannot attack.2 x Drakewing Krasis: Cool creatures, but they do not seem to support the "evolve" deck theme.1 x Fathom Mage: This seems to be a pretty inefficient way of cycling through your deck, especially when she probably will not accumulate too many +1/+1 counters... 2 x Layline Phantom: Good creature, but a little expensive on the manna side of the house, and does not support other evolving critters in the deck.1 x Mystic Genesis: Cool effect, but pretty expensive from a manna point-of-view when you already have more numerous (an easier on the manna) control options...2 x Urban Evolution: While all decks need manna, considering this cards CMC, it seems a little expensive for the effect when you could be getting out additional critters or putting enchantments to produce additional counters to fuel the Simic Manipulator.Just my two cents!
Dude! Good to see you on the boards! I feel the same way about Guttersnipe - especially the way he "honeymoon" all of your opponents at the same time during any multiplayer format!
