Rakdos Charm can safely go into the sideboard. You don't need it main-deck unless your meta is heavy on Human Reanimator or Tokens. Chandea Ablaze isn't Standard Legal, so you'll need to remove that as well. Cryptborn Horror is bad...it's a trap card. Don't run it. Run another Hellhole Flailer instead. Bump in the night is also bad...you need to be running at least 20 land, and if you want to rely on having mana for your Guildmages or to cast Rakdos you really should be running 22. I know you don't want to hear this, but you need the duel lands for this. At the very least try to collect copies of Dragonskull Summit...they're as cheap as 3 dollars a pop in some places.

I feel that you have too many three-drops, especially for your land base. You're going to find yourself spoiled for choices on third turn, but you'll be very, very vulnerable until then. I'd suggest dropping some of your 3 drops (I suggest all the Rakish Heir, one Ripper and one Nighthawk) and adding in two more Stromkirk Nobles and 4 Blood Artist. Also, you need more removal, otherwise your vampires are never going to get bigger. Drop the Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond for Mizzium Mortars (which you can use to either remove a fat blocker or wipe their entire force).
