Hi commander is exactly 100 cards all different. Usually people put their commander in the sideboard and put 99 cards in the deck. I run Karador and it's a lot of fun I'm going to post it some time soon when I get a chance. But ya all cards have to be different and only one of each including non-basic lands. You can have as many basic lands as you need. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!

I really like this idea!!! I just had a few questions. So there can be any amount of uncommons? And if a card was ever printed as a C/U would it still be legal?

Well if your looking for a good lifegain deck you are headed in the right direction. I would say to watch your mana curve and get it lower unless you get some green ramp in. Cathedral Sanctifier is really good for life gain and if you wanted to throw in restoration angel thats cool but the Roaring Primadox is a good sub for resto-angel. I would also look into avacyn pilgrim for white mana. Also look into rancor and see if you like it. It really is a good card, cheap to cast and reusable. I would take out the wurms and maybe another primordial hydra for extra pressure. also look into ronx faithmender. but if you tell me what type of deck you are trying to make i can make a similar version and see if it is what your thinkin.
I like the idea and i have seen decks similar but with something like this you want consistancy and being able to get the right cards and get em quick. I would deff limit to 60 cards it really helps when trying to get the card you need becuase each card after 60 is just another wasted draw in a tight spot. Another is to focus on an idea and get only cards that help with that. Since you are going for what looks like maybe life gain? I would really just try and focus on one idea while developing an end game strategy like over powering with one big swing or over whealm with a dozen tokens. I would recommend adding more cathedral sanctifiers and chalice of life because when that chalice flips, 5 damage a turn really puts your opponent into playing a defensive game. But so over all I would say limit to 60 and get more copies of certain cards that help you and focus on an end game win. Good luck!

This deck is really where i got the idea for my heartless idea. I have been fiddeling with the idea of heartless+desicration and i absolutly love exalted (mostly because sublime) so i wanted to put my deck idea on the vault to see what direction to go. But i really like this deck idea and if i like BR color combo i would make a similar version.
You are right I had an idea but i think i was trying to use two very different decks into one idea so i modified it too out most of the weak ones exept silver blade. Imagine: dropping silverblade soulbonded to any of the big hitters for double strike!!! even if he would be a 1/1 using sublime or desicration demon !!!
The idea I had is to use the weaker creatures to defend and "bide time" until heartless comes out and then use the big guys and girls to clean house but i am starting to think i need some reconstructive ideas

i really like this idea i have made similar decks to it. predator ooze is always nasty in these types of decks. also incresing savagrey would be really nice for both the champion and the ooze with the +1/+1 counters
a lot of singles that may not get you what you want when you need it. If your looking for mill cards I would focus on either tapping creatures or discard and unblockable. I would drop the opt for another ponder or two. and try cards like mind sculpt, increasing confusion, and jace's phantasm those would really start you off on the right tract to getting a nasty mill deck going and with the phantasms you get a 5/5 flyer once there are 10 cards in their grave. over all nice theme and good start just limit your selections of singles and really go for one theme but nice work overall
