The utility of the Sac Lands as deck thinners is useful but unless you're going to use them for early and persistent harassment from Blood Ghast (Or crazy Ob-Nix ramp) they aren't really worth it (Money wise, of course). You might have difficulty in the Meta just because your only 100% reliable life gain to counteract saccing lands all over the place is Vampire Nighthawk and a lot of removal will be directed at him. The Consuming Vapors is good to make up for the lands, but if you play White Weenie or some other agro deck or a non creature based like RDW or U/W control you might have trouble when a Fireball hits you for 10 when you're low and you can't recover. I'd probably just SB Corrupt or something to deal with that to have direct life gain. Maybe SB some assassinates for BvB

Kazandu Blademaster is 2 drop 2/2 with First Strike and Vigilance, I think it has a place with or without other Allies. Knight of Cliffhaven is garbage, levelers outside of a leveler deck always are. Inspired Charge would be a pretty shitty win condition, Armored Ascension would be way more effective especially on the Blademaster. Serra Angel is kind of garbage. I can understand not wanting to pick up a playset of Baneslayers in their place though. Goldenglow and Palace Guard are a little too defensive, Safe Passage in their place would do the same job. Perhaps add Wall of Omens for defense and speed, although it's more geared for U/W control.
Vampires. Suck. No pun intended they are just not competitive at all.
Captivating Vampire is not competitive at all. Do you honestly expect to have 5 vamps out in tournament play? And the +1/+1 is not worth it at all, he's one forked bolt away from death.
Barony Vampire, Captivating Vampire, Child of Night, Quag Vampires, Blood Seeker, Viscera Seeker, Ruthless Cullblade, Quag Sickness and Unholy Strength are all garbage.
Whatever you do, do not put Blood Seekers in this deck.
Butcher of Malakir, also garbage.

Almost forgot, Marsh Flats/Verdant Catacombs are really great to thin out lands from your deck, sucks to draw lands meta game, and proc Bloodghast if you add him.
-Captivating Vampire is garbage, Bloodghast is amazing, Nocturnus is phasing out of T2 unfortunately. -Doom Blade is amazing, sideboard Feast of Blood for BvB. -Anowon is an easy lightning bolt away from being a 5 drop for nothing. -24 lands is standard for a 60 card deck, especially with 12 4+ drops. -Piranha Marsh is really slow, it can be like giving them a Time Warp for 1 life. -Mire's toll is okay but to be completely effective you need to be late game. I'd say Duress is a better 1 drop and for late game Mind Sludge, nothing like forcing a top deck on turn 5. I'd drop Anowon, 1 Consuming Vapors, Mire's Toll, Piranha Marsh, 1 Sign in Blood. Add 2 Mind Sludge, 4 Bloodghasts and 6 Swamps.
What a terrifying bunch of marauding, godless, killing machines.
