Green/White Deck Help

by TGDRNickNItro1 on 30 March 2010

Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

I wanted to make a Green White Deck so i did and i was wondering what cards should come out or go in .... just keep in mind that i am a new player and only have cards from the Zendikar, Worldwake, M10 and Shards Sets. Any Advice is Greatly Appreciated.

Deck discussion for Green/White Deck Help

too many different cards of various and vastly different purposes; make clusters of cards (3-4) and get a theme for ur deck (how are you going to defeat your opponent??)

try not to add too many 4+ mana spells since you won't be able to stop a fast opponent if you do

hope this helps a little

There are many things that your deck needs. For one thing there are too many cards that one have one of themselves. Try to take out some and add more of the others. Here is some advice to give you some ideas. Check out my deck called "Army of Heaven". It is green/white and whenever I play it my friends set a life cap on the game of 100. My deck can really quickly gain life and provides protection from most everything.

Most of what you have going on here, to me, would be a blitzing weenie deck--Just getting out a bunch of creatures really quickly. I would take out some of the bigger creatures like Novablast Wurm and Admonition Angel, and focus on getting some playsets--loam lion, steward of Valeron, Noble Hierarch, Sigiled Paladin, etc. I would also look at some card draw stuff--the best for green is Harmonize, even though it's out of a different set than you're working with. Also Overrun would be good--this deck should be able to win by dropping an overrun on turn a good portion of the time.
