Could use a bit more control, you should have some Counter Spells, Bounce and Draw and get some invasion creatures with flying. I'm not sure why your playing these cards in a Blue deck but I'd pull those lands for some Islands!

Out of curiosity with the added green from your land base have you thought of using something like rancor for the vampire so even if your opponent chump blocks you'll trample over? Other options could be Chorus of might for the surprise trample, Gift of Orzhova for the evasion AND lifelink! Also Gaze of Granite may be helpful as a side board card, it wont kill Higher CMC things but might help against those that use cheap creatures, enchantments and artifacts. Hope you Find this helpful it really reminds me of a deck my buddy played at FNM I think it was based off a deck called "green eggs and spam." here's the link:http://www.channelfireball.com/articles/woo-brews-green-eggs-and-spam/ Enjoy!
Not sure if your looking for help but adding Priests of Titania, Elvish arch druids and doubling cube or heartbeat of spring might give you the bonus mana you want for sands of delirium or splash blue for increasing confusion with all the mana dorks!
I'd suggest warstorm surge and or flayer of the hatebound, with unearth/undying and fling mechanics this'll be a fun deck triggering dmg from everywhere also looking into mortis dogs may be a fun trick.
standardize is there for my amusement coupled with peer pressure to gank creatures... though rare it has come in handy with those rare achievements on our EDH nights when you get points or a booster pack for a flying monkey... anyone that had a flying monkey got a booster pack one night for the achieve, I was about to die and all my opponents had fliers out, I turned them into monkey's (Wizard of Oz theme) no one had gotten the achieve til then I died that same turn. I got all 3 of my opponents a free booster pack for that card.
try this out. http://www.mtgvault.com/tevishtzat/decks/unleashed-beats/ it's not constructive criticism, or helpful to your deck but it's standard.as for help, try to run more 4 ofs focusing on those that give more for their cost, drop clasp for more removal or increase land to 22(missing land drops sucks) get rid of the dark ritual, it's awesome but your using it as colorless mana for the most part. try tragic slips or brimstone volley.
I've been joking with the shop owners where I play about this type of deck and keep asking them about rites of flourishing, you get to mill your opponents faster by forcing them to draw more and if you make the deck 70-75 cards with extra land you can hold out..... or use elixir of immortality.
I'd suggest darksteel plate making the things you'd like to keep in play more likely to stay!
Hey just got back from an FNM and played a variant of this deck that kicked @$$, I didn't make top 8 but it was awesome wrecking peoples faces. Every match up was either 2-0 or 1-2 and it was me drawing to few creatures that lost me the games I did lose and I ran 16 vs the 12 you have. Some minor tweaking and this might make a nice comeback next week though people are seriously sore about losing to infect.
very nice, I was skeptical of the Talons but realize now for a B/R you get +2/+0 as opposed to firebreath needing 2R for the same bonus. Undying evil was gonna replace my Disentomb which should be nice and works great with typhoid rats as a blocker and great addition to Tragic Slip.
just a thought but having 8 lords giving +1/+1 would make a great use of heartless summoning and very high cost zombies dropping a grave titan for 4 and getting a 5/5 death touch but then getting 2 lets say 4/4 zombies would be gut retching for an opponent to see! and using the lich that allows you to play stuff from graveyards would help keep stuff on the board
I love what you've got here... as for help, maybe try Tainted Sigil or Life link Vamps like Child of Night, Markov Patrician or Vampire Outcasts other than that the sanguine bond combo you have with your sideboard Blood Tribute is awesome.
I used to build dragon decks all the time and one of my last iterations went like this: with a land drop every turn plus Iron Myr you should have 4 mana on your 3rd turn use 3 for seething song you have 6 mana, use all 6 to cast 2 Desperate Rituals spliced onto arcane then recast the Desperate Ritual that returns to your hand leaving you with 9 mana to cast Dragon Storm which storms for 3 netting you 4 dragons but if you don't use Dragon Storm this combo works great for hard casting a big dragon that can hold off opponents until more mana shows up to cast more dragons but really only functions as a way to ignite the "storm" mechanic!
any card that shuffles your graveyard into your library would work and if you have more than one you can keep trying your combo. I chose Feldons cane out of nostalgia.
my first impression would be to try the Boots that have shroud/hexproof along with haste or whispersilk cloak or a way to put all land from library, hand or graveyard into play so if discarding them fails the first time you can feldons cane them back (which is the only card I added so I can try the combo again after a counterspell) and as long as they're in play you can try again if the skirge dies.
made this deck and seemed great at first but a quick board wipe early game gave another player the turns needed to fetch his infinite combo 2 turns before me then second game had my skirge turned into a frog so I couldn't play Exsanguinate the next player killed it after my turn... after everyone saw the combo they just searched for early kill cards or counters to stop the deck cold, it's a great one trick pony but I think needs a few extra combo's to keep up if one fails.
Here is my updated heartless summons/tempered steel deck some constructive criticism would be nice! http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=248299
I believe that the ooze will not work with Grimgrin, as his activated abilities specifically target GrimGrin and Necrotic ooze would only have a useless ability that only works on a live GrimGrin.
bloodthirst only triggers if dmg is done to an opponent she only targets creatures... though she could clear a path given enough mana for your attackers
i like your deck for the most part my only issue is not having a cheap way to hit your opponent with something so the next vamp let alone the bloodlord of vaasgoth to hit play with 3 +1/+1 counters, do your attacks usually get through or do you rely on volt charge to net the bloodthirst effect? though now that i look at it I might try to play test a bloodlord deck with bumps in the night and geistflame, I know their not recommended in decks for standard but it might work out... 3 mana for a 5/4 child of the night yeesh.
