I'd think about adding some mystic speculation to help with the top decking of the memory crystals and your burn spells. And I think its a cool deck strategy, as most of the cards have like buyback 3 or something, so if you get two crystals out you get free buyback, which is super cool.

I'd take out the Nyxathid and put in some Shimian Specter, just because this deck is all about milling and hand manipulation the Nyxathid seems too unpredictable and shimian specter is just epic. Maybe add some keening stone just for the extra milling, that card is insane.

Fair enough.

Switch the blazes for banefires and switch the book burnings for brow beats, you get less damage for more mana but at a much better alternative, I'd rather net 3 cards than mill a player 6 cards.

I like this deck a lot, most of the sideboarded cards would be a huge help but its hard to decide which ones you'd want. Good Job.

I'd add some basalisk collars, and I'd replace an ogre cleaver or two with a loxodon warhammer.

I'd add some level up's, such as Skywatcher Adept, and Coralhelm Commander, I'd also consider replacing the looters with Enclave Cryptologist's, when leveled up they're really helpful.

Switch the lands out for the artifact lands as they'll got indestructible from the forge, and I'd add some more islands for the broodstars

I like it but I'd add in some Golgari Germination or necrogenesis, so you can spam more tokens when needed.

The only problem I see is Kiln fiend is the only card that benefits from your instants and sorceries, maybe add in some pyromancer ascension.

Well you've found a cool way to merge them, you've added mana acceleration and counterspells but I don't see much of a win condition aside from countering a high costed spell with draining whelk. If you're just looking for a way to combine green and blue I'd look towards simic +1/+1 counter decks, they can control the board and get big creatures out.

The only problem I see is that you only have 7 cards that let you sac your goblins, they all cost mana to sac and they only give life or make one creature huge, its got potential though.

Soulbright Flamekin's ability only gives you mana the 3rd time you use it in a turn so you won't be able to ramp much for banefire, not an instant win right there.

Add 4 Seat of the Synod and replace 4 islands, they're basically the same thing except they also count as artifacts.

I'd use Transguild Courier if you want to get colorful creatures so your scarecrows will get better, changelings seem useful as well.

I'd say go 4 for Bosk Banneret, most of the cards in your deck are slightly expensive and anything that helps that is worth it. the rest seems pretty good.
