I have lots of free time to be used! Since I noticed that many different types of decks are being ignored in standard, I will try to create budget decks that are competitive on these ideas. Decks of Stuff will try to make competitive Standard Decks that nobody uses at a budget level(around 15-25 dollars)!Suggestions are appreciated:)
This deck is very simple to play. Basically just play creatures, pump them up, turn them sideways. Boom! They are dead. I had some trouble on the mana base. Since I can't use better lands, this deck might be a little slower than its non-budget counterpart.

You left a decently thoughtful (albeit brief) comment on the budget deck on the front page so I thought I would check out your deck and drop a comment.Super agro early game deck, I really like the theme and speed that this deck could play. It looks very tailored towards a one on one with the objective of killing the opponent early, wrecking mid-late game decks. I think this deck would start to suffer in the mid-late game though, and would benefit from card draw. Rhystic Study ($2.25 so maybe a little pricy) or Sleeper's Robe (splash black, but perfect fit for this deck) would work well.I also suggest looking in to Infiltrator's Magemark. $0.05 and basically makes your creatures unblockable so you can keep swinging through the mid game once your opponents have defenses and your creatures have been a little pumped. It synergises well with most of your enchantments as well (though would make Aqueus form redundant, other than as a source to pump up your creatures). If you want to check out some of my decks and drop some comments/suggestions then I recommend these:http://www.mtgvault.com/beowulf85/decks/archers-done-right/http://www.mtgvault.com/beowulf85/decks/overpowered-treefolk/http://www.mtgvault.com/beowulf85/decks/best-overwhelming-stampede/All three of them are very successful in a casual multiplayer environment, none of them are remotely budget. I don't own the cards, I just enjoy building decks to proxy and seeing how well I can make them do in casual.

Thank you for the suggestions. I do agree that I might need more card draw in the deck for it to survive in the mid/late game. I already have Ordeal of Thassa, what else that is standard would you suggest?
Lol, I wish I could help but I don't play Standard at all. I guess I should have taken a look before I commented, I'm all about casual legacy/vintage games because the fact that Standard constantly rolls over drives me crazy.
Tormented voices. It's a red card you draw two and discard one but allows you to get read of your card that ant any help in your hand ( extra land, unneeded creature, ect) and cheep common
Tormenting voice is a great draw card. Thank you for your advice!
If you plan to keep this in Standard, than you need to take out the Theros block cards. I would replace Gods Willing(a very good card!) with Center Soul, but I cannot think of any other replacements. Can anybody else help me out here? Hope this one card helps, :P
Good deck, however I would replace lightning strike with bolts.
