General is Child of AlaraI wanted to make a table top commander deck for my friends to play against, so I understand that it's not up to code in legality. My theory was combine Leyline of Anticipation with Omniscience and play each of the five epic cards in the deck each upkeep. I'd use Call to the Kindred to play either Avatar or Dragon creatures due to the prevention of casting afterwards. Definitely looking for notes that don't involve many changes. ***Please note that I am also limited to the cards I have on hand and therefore might note a suggestion, but may not change anything. Also, I understand better lands exist, but I meant for this to be used by other people and they will know which lands work best for them. I won't be using 40 basic.***
Start with Curses and play under the radar. Use Conflux ASAP to get the epics and Omniscience/Leyline of Anticipation will take care of the rest.

For the budget, the deck seems pretty good
