Mana ramp like a champ to make your bloodrushed creatures hit like a truck.
You will generally want an Arbor Elf and Verdant Haven in your opening hand for a nice amount of ramp. Pair Feral Animist with Wolfir Silverheart and a Rancor and go to town with his ridiculous ability. And it should be noted that I have never once actually played a Ghor-Clan Rampager because I find surprising your opponents with a +4/+4 trample buff creature too valuable. But probably the most important thing you need to know is to learn how to use your mana. Go into every combat phase with open mana so your opponent is always on their toes. You have your second main phase to cast sorceries or creatures, so take advantage of that. Also, learn your matchups. I find Gruul to be a very sideboard intensive guild, because I play it very differently depending on what I am up against. I.E. if you are going against a Boros, throw in creature control like Prey Upon, Ground Assault, or Gruul Charms.

instead of maybe ranger's path, you could use farseek since it can pull your stomping grounds

I've thought about it, but the amount of things that open up to the deck when I manage to play a Ranger's Path are far greater than just a Farseek. It's really just preference, but Ranger's Path has not steered me wrong yet.
whatever works for you :p
Wild Beastmaster! If you bloodrush her, all other attacking creatures receive the same increase.Have a look at mine if you have a moment :)http://www.mtgvault.com/izbiz/decks/bloodrush-standard/
