Deck Description

This deck is about milling your opponent by filling your own hand, putting a bit of emphasis on the flashback mechanic. Sphinx's Tutelage is one of the major contributors to this deck, but there are plenty of ways to mill your opponent. The Electromancers are in there to drop costs, and the Burning Vengeance and Niv-Mizzet are there to burn either creatures or people, whichever gives you more trouble.

How to Play

A good opening to a game goes like this:
Opening hand: Mountain, Island, Faithless Looting, Think Twice, Increasing Confusion, Sphinx's Tutelage, Goblin Electromancer

1: Play Mountain, tap it to play Faithless Looting, draw Desperate Ritual and a Mountain, discard Think Twice and Increasing Confusion.
2: Draw Manamorphose. Play Island, play Goblin Electromancer.
3: Draw Island. Play Island, tap all to play Sphinx's Tutelage.
4: Draw Dream Twist (tutelage trigger). Tap mountain to play Desperate Ritual (3 red, 2 islands) Use a red to play Manamorphose for red, draw Faithless Looting (tutelage trigger) (4 red, 2 islands) tap both islands, and use the 4 red (along with the 1 less from Electromancer) to flashback Increasing Confusion for 6 for x, so they mill 12 more.

it just goes on from there
