It is what it looks like. Nothing fancy but it should get the job done.
Step 1. Get card advantage. Step 2. Win game

I feel like this deck tries to do too much. I'd take it one of two directions.1. Run nightshade and staticaster as 4 ofs, drop the charms, drop the snapcasters, and add 4 trackers instinct. Maybe drop primal hunter for relentless if you have trouble casting.2. Drop peddler, staticaster, and arbor elf and add more instants. There are multiple kinds of midrange, but this deck just tries to be too many, imo. I'd love to be wrong though, if this works for you, feelfree to ignore me completely. :)

This is funny because before today it had 4 tracker's instincts and no charms or snapcaster. I haven't play tested it either way. Will update within 24 hours after play testing both lists once I get off of work.
Lol thats pretty hilarious. Ill stay tuned in to see the updates, I'm interested in seeing where this goes
Removed the 2 snapcaster mages and put in 2 more arbor elves to make a playset. Seems for fluid this way and easier to play things when I need them. More testing needs to be done though.
With 4 arbor elves it might be worth it to adjust the mana base. 4 temple garden, 4 breeding pool, 4 stomping ground, and less steam vents and fountains and foundries can maximize his potential, and practically make him a bird of paradise.
I feel like this deck needs more mana. Your mana curve chart is deceptive because noone plays fury or sphinx for zero. Ideally both spells will be played at X=4 or higher which means you need about 25 land or more to get this to work consistently. I would drop both azorious charms for two land. They seem out of place in this deck.
Change log: -2 Azorius charm -1 Steam Vents -1 Prime Speaker Zegana. +1 Temple Garden +1 Kessig Wolf Run +2 Selesnya Charm.Currently Debating Urban evolution vs Sphinx's Revelation. and Glaring Spotlight vs Bonfire.
If anything I'd use urban evolution BECAUSE of sphinxs revelation, not instead of. But you don't really need the ramp at this point, and for this meta the life gain will probably help more. And bonfire is good, but spotlight just lets you win with a whole unblockable team...really bad after a wrath though. Bonfire might be a better bet, but if you don't already have them I don't think its worth it to buy them
Ton of changes after lots of playtesting over the weekend. Peddler + Staticaster isn't reliant against aggro or control. Boros charm isn't used much except against post sideboard jund and naya along with control. Garruk never sticks except against control. Glaring spotlight is pure card disadvantage. Regular board wipes seem stronger against hexproof lists. Pillar added for the current aggro meta. Thundermaw added to help end games against control and midrange. Got 2nd at local monday night standard. Lost to a 4 color ramp mirror. His list had Master biomancer and peddler staticaster. I will keep the list as it is and see how it goes on Friday night at a local FNM.
