A GWU control deck with a fog and draw theme using Laboratory Maniac as a primary win condition.
Early game, this deck is about control and staying alive. Getting a Rites of Flourishing out early helps. Fog-type spells keep you alive while you build your mana base and draw into your fog spells and planeswalker. Ultimately, through Jace, Consecrated Sphinx, and Rites of Flourishing, your goal is to draw into your whole deck and win with one or more Laboratory Maniacs in play. Alternatively, Consecrated Sphinx and/or Gideon can make a decent assault, or Jace can allow mill as an alt win-con. Against control, you want to play smart, only cast when they tap out, and just play the waiting game until you can drop your important cards, using fog spells to stave off any attacks they make. Against aggro, a lot of sideboard comes into play. Elixirs and Timely Reinforcements are lifesavers, and Gideon keeps the creatures off your back. A turn 4-5 day of judgment wrecks a lot of aggro decks, so aiming for that then following it with a planeswalker or Sphinx
