I'd take out two swamps and put two islands instead. You have more blue than black.

tomb scour is nice, but you have a lot of instant reduction tactics. Perhaps add some chronic flooding to give you a more defensive angle as well
I agree with swapping out a couple swamps for a couple islands, and maybe elixir of immortality instead of the cane? cost 2 to sac it, but you get it and your graveyard back while gaining 5 life. Then maybe take out control magic for soul ransom coming out in Gatecrash?
I agree with swapping out the Feldon's Canes for Elixer of Immortality (and I would only run two in the deck). Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse work great with Hedron Crab. Nausea can help get rid of pesky 1 toughness creatures while leaving your Crabs intact. Lose Traumatize, they are just too slow (particularly with no mana acceleration). Maybe add some Fog Banks or Delver of Secrets to help with early creature rushes (Control Magic is a bit slow here, maybe run just one or two). I would drop (2) Nemesis of Reason as well (they are a bit slow). A couple of Curiosity(s) would help with keeping the cards coming, especially if you can get one on an early Delver. Hope this helps.
Maybe as a replacement for Traumatize look at something like Archive Trap and add in a couple of Ghost Quarters to make your opponent search their library for a land to replace the destroyed one, activated the trap for 0 mana!
