I assume you mean you get to 10 mana then control the opponents turn? i think this type of deck could be good as a morph, as in make a completely different deck with your sideboard cards. Noone is going to let you win after game 1 with this, Since you only have 4 mana leaks as disruption. Fun though, especially the ways to kill people by controlling there turns :-)

Kazull is good against jund??? What with all those Terminates and probably pulses and maybe bit blasts that would be either dead or not as good if you didnt have any creatures at all? Also you obviously havnt playtested this enough. I have, and having only 7 green sources means you probably wont be expeditioning on turn 2, which is your best play. Also you only need 4 mountains, and since you have all 4 maps you'll probably have 4 valakuts, so you can just burn them out in a turn, even with only 11 mountains, thats 28 damage.
your going to need more green sources than 7. 15 Mountains is far too many. You only need say 11 to get the job done, so i suggest some raging ravines or just more expanses and evolving wilds. Also kazull and the oracle really arnt great, they will just eat all those spot removal cards that were dead in your opponents hand otherwise. Try rampant growth and another burn spell such as searing blaze instead (Its great after a harrow in your opponents turn)
Im taking my deck to FNM tonight at manchester. Hmmm silence could be interesting, Forcing them to counter it or not be able to counter your MP. I was thinking of bringing in autumns veil from M11 for the same reason :-)
In my mass polymorph deck i also have stormtide, just because against aggro creature decks, you might mass polymorph on like 3 health, and then they just attack with 4 guys and you cant block them all and you die. Also, if you have iona, Stormtide and emrakul, they can all swing next turn for 30 damage with evasion of some kind.
you should really drop the white mana. Having just condemn isnt a good enough reason to go 3 colours. Also you dont need to hardcast iona :p Oblivion rings seem unneccesary since you will lose to agro and countermagic, and boardsweeps. maybe put in unified will instead, and definately 4 awaking zones On your fatties, why is ulamog in there!!! All he is is an 11/11 dude. You havnt cast him so you might as well get value out of your fatties, such as stormtide leviatan and Terastadon, to defend you if you are on very low life when you mass polymorph.
You should run a few fabricates as 3 mana tutor is always nice. Also why not run blue for etherium sculptor, and also you neeeeed basilisk collars with Triskelion. Its like sparkmage, only better :-)
ive got like this exact deck made :-) did pretty well last FNM, lost to UBR planeswalker control. need to maindeck Orings, survival cashe is a bit meh. Want honour the pures, sigil of distinction and trusty machete. Dont think you need so many lands.
where is your time of heroes? its +2/+2 honour the pure for levellers! hada spy patrol is a must, turn 1 training grounds turn 2 Patrol, turn 3 if they tap out, you get a 3/3 unblockable shrouded guy. instead of playing the counters, play oring and journey.
Like it, but Drop Tuktuk Grunts for the Akom Battlesinger. You need cheap allies so you can get the buffs on the go, and if you have 5 mana should be playing Join the ranks or Kazul warlord. Also You need Ondo cleric, its sooo good.
Take out the Angelsong and put in Safe passage, to make the deck standard. Other than that, i think twincast is not neccessary, and could be replaced with something cheap like shieldmates blessing. Ive done a luminarch deck like this, and it works pretty well.
You would be fine to play on 20 land with this deck. I would drop looming shade and 4 land, and get 4 doom bolt and 4 disfigures/duresses
