This is not a budget deck, but it is a casual or even spicy deck to bring at a local FNM. I like zombies. They're cool.
This deck is a quad-core killing machine using the following engines:Discard, Self Mill, Sacrifice, and Reviving. Discard Engine: With the help of black cat, Lili, and mind rots, you will be wrecking your opponents hand. Necromancer's Stockpile also fits into this, but it is self discard with added effects (Card draw + Chumps). Self Mill Engine:You need cards in your graveyard, so these guys do it for ya while also being dudes. Returned Reveler gets you on the way out while Necromancer's assistant gets you on the way in. Good stuff.Sacrifice Engine: You need to keep your opponents side of the board clear of scary things, and also need to fill up your graveyard/proc effects within other engines. These guys do this! Mogis keeps the board clear or ends the game faster, Dictate will obliterate the opponents board if not taken care of quickly, and Tymaret can burn or sac. GoooooooddddRevive Engine:You need your dudes to come back to life. After all, that is what zombies do! Rescue from the Underworld will get you back some important creatures you may drop in, Whip of Erebos will whip some dudes back to existence for a turn + lifelink, and Gravedigger helps us get the zombies back. So, give this deck a try! Feel free to comment and all that!

A few of the Delve cards from Khans which have been spoiled like Necropolis Fiend and Shambling Attendants will work well once there released in a few weeks.

I agree :3
Maybe try to put in a 1 cmc card somewhere in the deck. Something to do first turn. And, i swiftly looked over the deck, do you not have any draw spells? Black draw spells. Lots of neat stuff going on...i like the Murder King/Reveler combo. And Gravecrawler is nice in the deck. So...maybe you could get away with no draw spells.
Sign in blood would be good for card draw, but Necromancer's Stockpile works as a card draw engine. It is consistent and awesome, but I need to test it :3
