This was inspired by a Dimir Mill deck that I saw the other day that really made me wonder why people don't exploit hand size. With only having 7 cards at max, most people will take for granted that those slots will help them, not ruin them. This deck will give your opponent everything they ever wanted, and then they will lose. Wow. Much Dimir. So crafty.
Make your opponent draw cards. Simple as that. Once they draw and have to discard, Waste Not becomes an amazing card. Here are a few scenarios:You have waste not and Dictate of Kruphix out, they draw to 8 cards. If they drop a land, hit them with a Sign in Blood and keep it going. If they drop a Creature, zombies 4 uIf they drop anything else, get some cards. There are tons of combo's that can be done, but the main idea of this deck is to just draw them to death. They may get counterspells, but once you have 1 Dictate of Kruphix out....things get hairy fast. Please feel free to offer any wisdom and suggestions in the comments below. Thanks guys!
