Yeah, famished paladin plus lifelink plus anything that says "enchanted/equipped creature has 'tap: this creature deals 1 damage to any target'" is an infinite combo.

You should definitely add Serra Ascendant. Really ridiculous card in this list.
THE REAL FIEND, MATHAS, IS YOU!
running every curse imaginable. you're a monster!
Well, it's standard legal, so yeah, it's playable in MTGA.
I have taken your comment into consideration, and have concluded the following: more overrun.I've only ever cast it in one game at this point, but whatever. It's a solid add.
That is really cool. I dunno, I just don't like having a commander that works with one card out of the 99, personally!
I was thinking the same thing. Vial Smasher + Silas Ren would be a better commander, imo.
Lightning Bolt is like $2, so yeah, 4 them is still pretty budget.
Yep. That's why they should go with an Azorius commander :D
Also, a really explosive way to spend a few dozen mana in a turn is Hydra Broodmother. It's fun to be able to say out loud to the other players at the table, "I'm putting 20 20/20 hydra tokens onto the battlefield."
Also! Authority of the Consuls and Ghostly Prison would be hilariously good in this deck.
I would definitely replace the commander with something like Bruna, Light of Alabaster. Lots more synergy, and opens up blue which gives you stuff like Rhystic Study for more card advantage and Omniscience for super explosive turns.
That's the point of cards like Shadowborn Apostle, Relentless Rats, et al. They subvert singleton, 4-of, etc restrictions. That's why they're so neat.
I would definitely replace Gigantiform (not so good in a singleton format) with Prodigious Growth from M19. Also, Helix Pinnacle is a fun alternate win condition since you're going to have so much mana. Finally, since most of your lands are basic forests, I'd replace something (probably Wild Defiance) with Blanchwood Armor.
It's pauper in spirit only. I mainly say it's pauper because by definition it is, but I didn't set out to make a pauper deck. I set out to build a fun, decent modern-legal deck for as little money as possible. I'd say $12-20 is pretty damn good.EDIT: I just realized it's not actually pauper. Burning-Tree Emissary is uncommon. Woops!
