your deck is all over the place. i suggest picking 9 cards, have 4 copies of each and see which ones work well together.

i fixed it up a bit.
take out embermaw hellion, you will NEVER get enough mana for that thing with 20 lands. In fact, Id go with 22 lands. Unless youre running mono-red goblins you usually want something like 22 lands for an aggressive deck like this. You have a crapton of 4cmc cards. Cut some of them and add in 4 more 1mana cards and 4 more 2mana cards. Get some evasion on your creatures. I suggest cards like Goblin piledriver, goblin glory chaser and hammerhands.
Anything else?
....You know, why not just make this mono-red goblins? I feel like this isnt really your deck anymore because of my suggestions and Im sorry. But if youre willing, Drop the 4 Secure the Waste and 4 dragonscale generals for 4 Subterrean scouts or 4 mardu scouts and 4 lightning strikes. Also change all your lands to mountains. Since you have stuff at 4mana, Id stick with 22 lands. 20 is if most of your stuff is 2mana and the occasional 3mana spell.
i should mention this deck is now at $100+ dollars. If you really want to make this deck make sure youre happy with it.
thanks for the help. I think i'll keep it as is, but keep those cards in the sideboard. i already own most of these cards so it wont be too much of a problem for the cost. i'll play this deck a few times see how it is and change it up depending on how it plays. thanks again.
Nice deck but lol at the sideboard.
It needs more lands :)
