Thanks BrianB. I appreciate the help. I've been away from the game for nearly 16 years and am not too savvy on chinking the walls (i.e. I can build a log cabin but can't find all the holes). I will make the changes accordingly. Removal is definately an issue with this deck and being able to convert my living creatures to spirits is the goal. Are the cards you suggested still authorized in Type 2? I would like to start playing some tourny's and didn't know what blocks are authorized. Thanks again for the help on the deck.

Why not put the Praetor's Counsel in with the rest of the deck as opposed to a one card sideboard? I'm just saying, what will one more card matter anyway?
Alright, I reworked this deck and think I have a winner. Let me know what you think.
Thanks for the comments. Constructive criticism is always welcome. I've been away from the MTG scene for nearly 19 years and getting back in it has been a lot of fun so far but as you can see, I need your help! Thanks for the comments. I will thin out the deck and then find a good legendary creature/commander for it.
