There's a slew of new Modern decks, this is one of them, based around Nykthos and green devotion.
Mana ramp, Creatures, a turn 4 Genesis wave for game is indeed possible. Some unique interactions:Sylvan Scrying can fetch Nykthos. Nykthos T3 is especially essential in ramping Genesis Wave to ridiculous amounts.Nylea's Presence can make Nykthos into a forest, and be able to tap for any colored mana if it can't be used for it's ability. The cantrip part is awesome too. This applies to Kessig Wolf Run as well.Comboing Nykthos with another Nykthos can allow you to do it a third time without another Nykthos in hand. Eternal Witness is key for increasing the combo to a 3rd, even 4th time with ease and card advantage.Craterhoof is our immediate win-con, Genesis Wave is our long-term win-con. Some example plays include:T1: Forest, Arbor Elf.T2: Nykthos, Burning Tree Emissary x2, Nykthos Activation (5), Garruk +1 targeting Forest + Nykthos, Activate Nykthos again (7), Nylea's Presence targeting Nykthos, River Selkie, Draw into Genesis Wave, Sylvan Scrying for another Nykthos.T3: Forest, Nykthos for 10, Untap Nykthos with Arbor Elf (Nylea's Presence lets this happen) (18 Mana), Garruk Activation (26 Mana), Genesis for 23. Get a bunch of monsters on the field and most importantly Craterhoof Behemoth, swing for too much trample.
