Meant for Competitive-Casual play, this deck takes advantage of the instants and sorceries that require your opponent to mill set amounts of cards for relatively low mana costs. If Snapcaster Mage is unaffordable, use Archaeomancer. It's a decent common replacement and can reduce the deck's price significantly.
Have an opening hand that has a Chancellor and your opponent is already down 7 cards. Have an opening hand with two Chancellor's, your opponent is down 14, and your Jace's Phantasm is already a 5/5. Everything else is all cantrips until you either get the kill with the Phantasm + Sword of Body and Mind, or you make your way to effective mill with Brain Freeze as the finale.

A mill deck, after 10 years of not playing Magic, was the first deck I played against, when I got back into Magic.I had about 15 cards left in my library...before I had any idea what my opponent was doing to me. lol I am dumb.Needless to say, i lost, badly! :)Play sets of Scour and Sculpt, nice call!
