Deck Description

I am attemping to find a use for Immortal Sevitude.

How to Play

Essentially creatures are highly expendable. Play them, wrath them, gain some life and drain your opponent. Sphinx's Rev, rinse, repeat.

Deck discussion for Immortal Sacrifice

The biggest drawback of Immortal Servitude is that the only creatures returned are those with exactly [whatever you payed for X] casting cost, but you seem to have it down quite nicely. (Though I'm personally not fond of decks that run 3+ colours)

Well, if they would give me a good wrath effect in black in standard, I could come down to 3. I mean really, no wrath for Dimir?
As it is, I haven't playtested this at all yet, mostly just got it down as something to try out and see if it can actually lead somewhere. I highly doubt that will be the final land base, but I mostly see it as needing green mana early to make sure the Farseeks and Strangleroots get off early, then playing either aggro or defense depending on how the game goes.

Killing wave, if played correctly, is a very nice black "wrath". Even if they chose to keep their creatures, the life they lose + your blood artist's affect could win you the game :)

Don't take me the wrong way on my colour comment, that's just personal preference.
