The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Killing, Discard and a little life drain

Always good to see a mono-black discard deck coming along. There are some cards in your deck which you may want to remove. You can probably find cheap and better replacements for:Corpse tradersGeth's VerdictTribute to hungerI am also not quite sure what the gameplan is for Hell's Caretaker and Blood Artist. BA requires alot of things dying. Hell's Caretaker wants you to put things in YOUR graveyard first. I personally prefer Animate Dead for reanimating stuff from opponent's graveyards. Also, replace Reassembling Skeleton with Augur of Skulls. It's a better version of the card. Here's a link to my mono black deck. It may give you some ideas. http://www.mtgvault.com/geedawgserious/decks/black-death/

i would use black cat and reassembling skeleton to sacrifice for corpse trader and hell's cartaker, that way i can bring black cat back and re-use it. i like using cards like this because i can make the opponent discard every turn instead of using a card and having it go to the graveyard. with corpse trader hell's caretaker and black cat i can choose a card for them to discard every turn and have them discard one at random. the kill spells are just in case the opponent gets creatures out and blood artist is for draining life for when i sacrifice or kill something so i can gain back any lost life if i have it on the field
The trouble is that Corpse Traders comes into play turn 4, and you won't start using your recursion theme until turn 5. I think that this is too slow for a discard deck, since aggro decks can unload most of their hand in the first 3 turns. If you are going to stick with this strategy, you absolutely need Dark Ritual. That way you can jump ahead a turn or two. Discard is really not a sustainable strategy; it's an early game strategy that wants to drop its win condition turns 4 or 5. Speaking of which, you may want something else in addition to Bloodgift Demon. Desecration Demon is a cheap, fun card to win with. Since your mana curve tops out at 5, I'm not sure what Crypt Ghast is doing here. Maybe replace him with a fatty.
crypt ghast is a pet card lol i put him in just to gain some life back and he makes the deck run faster once hes out
Still... I'm not sure that this can win games. It needs a faster, more cohesive strategy.
what would you suggest for replacing corpse trader or hell's caretaker?
Hymn to Tourach, Hypnotic Specter, or Go For the Throat. With Lilliana's Caress, you want them to discard as many cards as possible, meaning that they need to start discarding as soon as possible. Also, because you have so many big creatures to win with, you want to force as much control on them as possible during the early game so that they can't fight your fatties.
At this point, I would say that Hell's Caretaker, Corpse Trader, and Darkness are your weakest links.Caretaker may still be viable, since you can use it to recur your wincon if it gets detsroyed
what about underworld dreams
Hmmm... I'm not sure what the best way to use Underworld Dreams is. On its own, it is very slow. You would need to somehow force them to draw. Sign in Blood maybe. This seems like a really dangerous strategy though.
This is looking really good right now.
thanks for the help! :)
