so the plan is to cast instant/sorceries that deal damage as a side-effect? i'd recommend goblin electromancer, and probably drop bump in the night, but otherwise solid deckedit: the mana curve might need work. jumping from 3-drops to 7 and 8 drops? much of your deck is turn-one, then you have bolas, prince of thralls, and cruel ultimatum. i'd recommend either adding some form of mana ramp or cutting the quantity of those cards
