This deck is centered around Lost in the Woods ability, which allows you to remove attacking creatures from combat if the top card of your library is a forest. Since this deck has 30 forests, its a 50/50 shot. Yes, Lost in the Woods' ability DOES STACK. If you get two out, you remove the top two cards, if one of them is a forest, the creature is removed from combat. Mathematically, it's a 100% chance of drawing a forest. The strategy behind this deck is to basically get Lost in the Woods out as soon as possible while relying on defense to keep you alive. Once you have your woods, you can get busy building up some massive creatures. It's not exactly a finished deck, but it definitely works. I can say that from experience.

Mathematically it doesn't give you a 100% chance of one of the top two cards being a forest because the top two cards could potentially be a non-land card, but it does make it a high chance.

Correct, especially experimentally, it can vary endlessly. But yes, the odds are very high. Playing against a friend of mine, I successfully removed 14/15 of his 4/4 saprolings from combat using 2 lost in the woods.
