I also looked at your deck and his is alot better built than yours. You have 19 lands and one of the shittiest budget vamps deck I have seen in a while. It sucks, period. Don't insult people if they are your superior at what you are insulting them at.
Dude, Take a chill pill. His deck is not tournament playable but he should be able to go 3-2 at FNM. No need to rip him for that.

Get the brigands and shieldmates out of there
Nice deck
Awful deck 4 nocturnus would be a good start
Get dragonskull summits in there
Lose the chainers edict, the blood tribute, some lands, all walkers but one sorin, Andthe bloodthrones
Get rid of the pulse trackers replace them with 4 vampire nocturnus and replace urge to feed with feast of blood
Try 4 scalding tarn
Drop the child of the night add consuming vapors
Get four consuming vapors in there
I would personally add 2 more training grounds as it's a great leveler card
