Uh... bant decks don't usually tap out on turn three.. as a matter of fact if they get lucky they have a baneslayer sitting on their side of the field. There is a reason no one has played this deck recently, its all up to chance and frankly is very competitive. Good casual deck though.

Less Elspeths and More Gideons. He is a far better planes walker.
you have to many terminates. In the meta game there is too much that its ineffective against.
Get rid of everything that doesn't make a token. Put in some burn, you can even keep it eldrazi. You are trying to do to much in this deck. If you want to get out elradsi, then do it. Put in the red token maker as well as the burn token maker. Get some skittering invasions and maybe rampant growth. You have eldrazi spawn to sac. Don't just keep 'em around to make something bigger. And to be honest, I doubt you will ever get that 15 cost eldrazi out. Stick to the hands. They come out cheap and hit hard. And don't worry about evolving winds, you are playing two color AND your big hitters are colorless, so you don't usually need a certain color. Just make as many tokens as possible and try and get out that hand.
Thrumming Stone. It gives all your rats ripple 4, aka you play one and you will more then likely be able to play the rest. And why do you have hivestone?
rampant growth, wood elves and elvish pioneer. It would make the land come out faster. But then again maybe not. See what works.
Cool combo. I would still defiantly use ironworks. And maybe myr servitor. Over all nice build, maybe try and speed it up if you cant. Sac lands from invasion might help. It might give you like a turn three win.
I have a threshold deck. I use blue and green. I have wonder to give everything flying and roar of wurm to big a giant token into play for cheap. There are also a TON of cheap blue draw spells that make you discard. I think blue is a better and faster option to white. Instead of cycling through to get threshold you can just discard a million times faster.
