fair enough my good sir :).... just wanted to toss an idea at ya is all... still a very good deck over-all i may say :)

why not throw in a couple conjurer's closets to add some synergy with your augers.... give you a better chance of drawing those mill spells you need or that right creature at the right time

i have a 40 card thopter deck that is banned from my friends house rules.... i gain incredible amounts of life and make them mill a ton and i get tokens galore if done right... all off a 0/2 ornitopther

i enjoy the competitive side of it too... but more often than not i find myself playing with a group of guys on a table in a house somewhere.... and all we wanna do is just have fun.... so we have our house rules... and thats what we go by :)

actually you are quoting the deck builder as sOrin here is not the builder, Memnite is..... but let us all have a clear head and avoid a battle here.... these are meant to be a way of showing our own induvidual deck styles and the way we create them. I myself have a dif style of deckbuilding then say s0rin does, and the way Memnite does, and your as well Rainmaker.

great deck man..... i have one similar but not standard... mine uses mill to deal damage as well..... with duskmantle guildmages first ability and mill cards such as Glimpse and tome scour.... check er' out

the real problem is that you have no artifacts... in order for the Broodstar to be of any use as an attacker... you need the artifacts.... otherwise it will fizzle as soon as you drop it on the table because it will hit as a 0/0... and a creature with 0 toughness goes directly to the graveyard

oh yes.... I know.... I am currently processing a new version of my Flicker deck with the mtg spoiler..... its goona take a while though

If you can find them.. .Conjurer's Closet is also a great addition to this.... it will help you a lot

yea he is by the looks of it.... the only thing is.... Thragtusk I think wont make it to m14.... too powerful. so that will be phased out of standard, I am sad for that to be honest.... its in my flicker chaos deck that's way to much fun to play

or ya know... a call to the grave is always fun as well

with the new Extort ability black/white lifegain with exquisite blood and vizkopa guildmage... its very viable

When I think of a Boros deck, I think hard and fast offense teamed up with the Battalion ability, or some kind of a bonus on a CMC of 1-3... build up your mana and then hit hard with some of your bigger drops.

This is mine, it is really competitive in both group and singles matches. :)

this deck is far from standard, and it just a straight up red burn deck. i run the balefire leiges for the free lightning bolt off a red spell. I would run the helix but i am keeping it straight up red :).... browbeat is awesome yes... so is book burning.... but i like my quenchable fires.... they make for a pain if your opponent doesnt play blue or anything with a mana of any color generator

add a couple Conjurer's Closet's to get more than one use out of your summoner and your monks :)
