Deck Description

Decided to challenge myself; Build only decks that remain below $15, contain no rares, CMC 3 or below, no SB and could be used at a FNM with moderate success.

Here is the Green version, Fast 1 drops that are somewhat of nusiance. Buffs to make them threats.

Yo Sway great job on these decks got the link from the comments on the black 1 you made.

Just getting back in MTG after a 10 year layoff lol, I like to make standard decks that are good but budget typically I include a few rares and as many uncommons as required and keep the deck around the £15 range.

As a member of your target audience thanks and great job.

Thank you! Keep on the lookout I will be doing quite a few of these and even possibly starting a forum post about them and discussions about budget building. Some that will be coming up will be 2 colors and even niche play styles, i.e. Control, Discard, Mill etc.

Hey Sway I, like you, am very budget but like under $20 if I'm actually making it but some are just for fun. None the less I would like your help with all my decks if you could. You seem very intelligent and good with card choices.

Thanks in advanced.

Cool deck bro. Really contradicts the green tendancy of high cost spells and big creatures. Really like to try and play with it.

Its possible, I don't play anymore; family life takes precedence. I do however still deck build so once Khans hit I will probably update most of my decks as I check the website daily. I will also be posting links once I get a good collection done of my 3D abacus life counters that I have taken to doing here lately...

I want to suggest Rancor; Mutagenic Growth; and Vines of Vastwood. Sadly, Rancor goes for about $2.10 each; and Vines of Vastwood goes for about $2.50 each; not exactly "hyper budget". Mutagenic is about $0.90 each; so maybe?

Setessan Oathsworn would work well with all those enchantments and targeting instants. ($0.15 each)
Ring of Kalonia is another option I can think of ($0.25 each). Won't work too well with Setessan Oathsworn, but it'd work very well with all the other creatures.
Young Wolf is another good 1 drop creature. ($0.25 each)
Prey Upon makes for a nice removal spell ($0.15 each). Using it on Setessan Oathsworn will first make Setessan Oathsworn get 2x +1/+1 counters before the fight effect; and using it on Deadly Recluse can kill any creature (because of deathtouch).
