Deck discussion for Dimir Mill

You should put in fated infatuation to copy Mnemonic Wall to get a bunch of walls and then mill them with doorkeeper.

and maybe some removal like Doom Blade, Ultimate Price, Whelming Wave (for one turn), etc.

If all your creatures are defenders, then how were you planning on triggering Cipher?

Well now that's mentioned, replace Paranoid Delusions with Breaking // Entering, and Hidden Strings could be just fine. Though with untapping in mind, Triton Tactics is fantastic because when your opponent's creatures attack, you can use Doorkeeper's ability to tap and mill and then play Triton Tactics to untap them, have creatures your opponent's control not untap next turn, and tap again for more milling.

You don't trigger cypher, you put them in your graveyard and pull them back out with Mnemonic Wall

Breaking // Entering is still a very cheap (moneywise) option.

Maybe Psychic Strike, Grisly Spectacle, Chronic Flooding, or Voyage's End, they are all commons

How well does this deck actually work for you?

For the same amount of mana, Mind Sculpt will get you more than Paranoid Delusions and with that many defenders I think Memory Sluice would be a great addition as well.

Unfortunately i think this is a standard pauper deck

I thought pauper was pauper. Even more limitations makes it a lot less fun.

Nice Pauper Deck, I've tried building a few recently and it's tough! You get my like.

My only suggestion is perhaps run some Crypt Incursion, that'll help you gain enough life to outlast longer games. Plus it exiles a big chunk of their graveyard so provides some protection against graveyard recursion.
