This deck is a redo of an earlier deck. Uses older cards, mostly 5th edition and earlier. Combination burn, control, and life gain deck. I don't think it's nice using innocent creatures to hurt my opponents so i like to build decks that win some other way.Yes, Candelabra of Tawnos is a bit pricey, but it's a nice card. By leaving out Wak-Wak and Meekstone you can keep the price for this deck under $2000.
The walls will slow down creature assaults. Wak-Waks are optional but included to stop big fliers pulling any surprises. If Meekstone comes out early opponent's large creatures will be clamped down but that is not absolutely essential.Soon, the key cards (GoM, CoT, and Winter Orb) make their appearance. Once WO is played the opponent will be unable to play anything but one or two mana cards each turn. However, you will be able to untap your lands once GoM and CoT play and GoMs will also make your walls tougher. In case the opponent makes any headway with unblockable creatures and the like you can gain time by sacrificing walls with Diamond Valley, then recycle needed cards with Feldon's Cane.In the end, you can win with your choice of big fireballs, upkeep damage from Power Surge by untapping opponent lands, or milling with Howling Mine. Millstone could also be included in this deck to win faster.
