Fun/Legacy style anti-creature deck only. Use this to disarm your opponent's nasty big-creature deck. (Pretty helpless against burn-style decks.) Might be able to develop the concept to develop a tournament deck. Trick: Use the Icy Manipulator to tap your Meekstone after opponent's attack so you can untap your big creatures or ones you captured from your opponent.
