I pulled Tamiyo, the new Blue Planeswalker in the Pre-Release, but haven't found a good use for her... until now! This deck is based around tapping other creatures and permanents. It isn't very aggressive, but it's the best I can come up with! Mind you, this is what I might consider if I weren't selling here ASAP...
