My friend constructed a deck that used Hive Mind and the Pacts to defeat people. I, as well as all of my friends, thought the deck was weird, but it won on turn 4 sporadically. The main reason was because he had the ability to draw all of the pieces of his deck to get the strategy to work. Coincidentally, I constructed an EDH deck that has Niv-Mizzet as its General, and it's entirely based around drawing lots of cards and burning people/creatures with Niv. After I constructed the deck, I learned about a sneaky, somewhat "infinite" combo that works with Niv-Mizzet: Ophidian Eye and/or Curiosity. It can draw me an "infinite" amount of cards, since whenever a creature enchanted by one of the two deals damage to an opponent, you draw a card, and whenever you draw a card, Niv-Mizzet may deal 1 damage to an opponent or creature. The point of the story is that I've made a deck based around Niv-Mizzet's "infinite draw" combo that uses the body of the Hive Mind deck my friend had.
