Deck Description

Tribal deck for Homunculus creatures (aka, Homunculi). Pretty sure this is my only tribal deck based on milling =]

Deck discussion for Humanius Quam Humana

Woah, nice deck Mr. Surewhynot. I like the one-eyed creatures on your mill deck. Kind of makes you "see" what your opponents next moves are. ;) As a fan, I'm pretty impressed by most of your decks. It's well thought of and solid but expensive. Keep the good stuff coming and have a nice day/night to you sir.

Thanks =]

This was one I've wanted to do for a while, but up until Doorkeeper came out, there wasn't a real unifying theme to these dudes. I hope more Homonculi are released, as I think it's a cool creature type =]

Hello again Mr. Surewhynot. I'm pretty sure a lot of people here ask you about suggestions, and comments on how to improve their decks. Actually I'm one of them, but please hear me out first. It's just that most people in my playgroup don't want to play legacy even if just a legacy budget casual.

I mean, yes legacy is dominated by powerful cards like "Force of Will, Dark Confidant, Tarmogoyf, Painter's Servant, the ever so expensive DUAL LANDS and powerful decks like Dredge, Storm, Goblins and so on and so forth", but that doesn't mean that we can't be innovative anymore of play magic just for fun. Sorry, I'm just a bit emotional about that topic. Anyway, if you're not busy and if it's possible, could you please check out my deck? Please and thank you.

I actually couldn't agree more. I am one of the biggest advocates for the fact that Legacy has become WAY too expensive. Also, playing casually is the best way to play in my opinion. It's a card GAME, and by that definition, should be for having fun, and relaxing with your friends =]

i have a good feeling that gatecrash will have a handful more homunculus creatures for you to use. it should be good, and maybe even make this mill faster than it already does.

Yeah it already mills plenty fast (as you know all too well), but one or two more homunculi, especially ones with defender and/or some kind of mill ability would be sweet haha. You might be right though. Wizards has shown an interest in putting more of these guys out there, and with gatecrash sporting Dimir, you'd expect something good =]
