Deck Description

I have different Mill decks. Playgroup doesn't like to play those. So I was looking through books and came up with this crazy idea. It's all about Sacrificing All Those Permanents, hence the name S.A.T.P.

How to Play

As quick as you can ramp up using Cultivate, Skyshroud Claim, Kodoma's Reach.

Use the enchant land cards to enchant a Island, You need to have one Island produce more than 7 mana.

When you reach your goal of 7+ mana for one island, play Petals of insight (put all 3 cards to bottom) so Petals comes back to hand. 5 mana spent.

Next splice Psychic Puppetry onto Petals untap that land. Psychic Puppetry comes back to hand. 1 mana spent. 6 mana used total. Keep doing it for infi mana.

Play Reweave with your infi mana by splicing it onto Petals of insight and Psychic Puppetry. Making them sac all perms they have except instant / sorceries. Very hard for them to win.

You have Ponder, Preordain and Serum Visions to help cycle what you need.

Deck discussion for S.A.T.P

Dude. This is epic. I know it's just a budget deck, and at first i just thought it was storm. But after reading your description, i see how it works and its awesome. This is honestly one of the most original things i've ever seen. Since it is a budget, i bet magus of the candelabra can help with the whole untap land things also. again, very original.

Thanks Kenny, I am in my Kamigawa block phase. I have been in it for awhile, developing new ideas from old kick ass cards.

I started playing magic in that block. It's one of my favorites. Urza's block is my favorite overal though. Just wish i had bought more of it when i had the opportunity.

I started playing in Scars =[ but as I have taught myself magic I have found the Kamigawa block is my favorite. I think I have at least 10 different Spirit/Arcane decks. I have been told they are all nasty as this deck. ~Shrugs~
