Don't forget he is also playing Winter orb, so the moment you tap all your lands that's it. If he makes some changes to the deck then yes this deck could possibly lock you out of playing the game.

Treasure Cruise is banned in Modern. That's why your deck is showing up as a Vintage deck.
Yes, but you need Exquisite Blood to close the infinite loop. You play both vizkopa and Exquisite Blood (not exactly at the same time so that your opponent sees what your doing), then activate vizkopa's second ability, then have the opponent lose a life or you gain a life to start the loop.
That works very well for this deck. If I'm not mistaken, Gravestorm triggers from any permanent that was sent to the grave on the turn that it is played. So lets say that I make my opponent mill 12 cards and then I play Bitter Ordeal, not only do I get to exile a card from his deck, I get to do it again 12 more times for a grand total of 13 exiled cards.
I would recommend Greater Auramancy.
The only thing I would add to this deck is enchantment protection.
Oh ok I didn't see that combo before.
I would suggest taking out Mourning and replacing it with Diabolic Tutor.
I think that if you can play both Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, you would win the duel due to an infinite combo. The combo starts off with:(1) Opponent loses life(2) Exquisite Blood activates which will give you the total amount of life that the opponent loses(3) Sanguine Bond activates in response to Exquisite Blood which will make TARGET opponent lose life equal to the amount of life you gain.Once this chain starts I think it will repeat itself until the opponent has no more life. Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.
I would recommend taking out Mesmeric Orb. It will make you mil as well when your lands untap at your upkeep.
