Deck Description

Funny story, actually.

As I was creating my Niv-Mizzet budget deck, I realized something. Lots of the red and blue cards were support for instant and sorcery cards. So I went, “huh,” and made this budget counterburn deck. If you feel like anything should change, just let me know in the comments!

How to Play

Get some creatures out as soon as possible, then play all of the instants in your hand to beef them up until SPLAT! You’re scraping your opponent off of the bottom of your shoe.

Deck discussion for WAIT A SECOND...

You could put in Baral, Chief of Compliance and Guttersnipe to get better burn and cheaper spells also you should make a sideboard and put Electromancer and Baral into it as well as any expensive spells so you can sideboard it in later because you have a lot of one or two mana spells

Does that work?

Baral and Electromancer work off of each other and i suggest putting Banfire into your sideboard as a win con (Electromance and Baral essentially give you two mana total towards it) and it is not preventable after five mana if you want a general idea on how this all works look at my Cheap Spells V1.75 deck and tell me what yo think

I would cut winterflame for electrolyze, it should be better most of the times and gives you card advantage.
also I am not to convinced with psychic rebuttal - mana leak, flusterstorm or spell pierce should work better
for more card advantage think twice or desperate ravings are great, because they trigger your creatures twice
