The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Based on the 2019 morph-based commander precon, this upgraded version is super fun to use and synergize with. While it might not be the best thing out there, the value you can get off of beefing up your manifests and morphs is nuts; this deck can make them 8/8s for 1, which is crazy. And the best part about all this fun is it's DIRT cheap; this may be the cheapest deck I've ever built if you remove certain cards. Matter of fact, you could probably buy this deck for under $100 if you got rid of the following and replaced them with cheaper options:- Vampiric Tutor- Demonic Tutor- Cyclonic Rift- Fierce Guardiansip- Mana Drain- Sylvan Library- Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth- Cabal Coffers- Boseiju, Who Endures
Manifest and morph to your heart's content! Beef up your 2/2s and gain value off of their own effects and other cards' that allow you to draw, play more lands, or even gain control of other permanents. Your commander, Kadena, is built for this strategy: she lets you draw EVERY TIME you morph or something, turning cards like Whisperwood Elemental into a Phyrexian Arena that doubles as a token generator, protection unit, and 4/4 beater! That's just one of the possible synergistic combos you can pull off with this deck. Let the fun begin!

Lies! ........"super budget"

Of all the Commander decks I've made, this is I believe the second cheapest one when you remove all the cards mentioned in the description. At an average of $1 per card, I'd say that's pretty superbudget for a custom-built deck.
IF you did, that then I would be obliged to agree with a "budget" ;-) Super maybe not though lol I guess it's the old perspective matters idea....
I mean, with cards being up due to Covid, I'd maybe consider this superbudget... Maybe I'm wrong.
